Economical, ecological, friendly: Eklo, a new way of living in a hotel

In designing Eklo, we wanted to put into practice our vision of hospitality, travel and sharing, but also our commitments and concerns regarding the climate emergency. This is how the Eklo concept was born: hybrid, economical and design, demanding and friendly, and above all eco-responsible.

A place to live

Of course, in our Eklo hotels you will find comfortable and welcoming rooms, soft comforters to curl up with after a long day, a private bathroom, spaces for couples, families, tribes... But Eklo hotels are also much more than that. Their bar and restaurant are places to meet from breakfast to the after party, to enjoy fresh products, to exchange ideas, to work, to have fun. Dj sessions, themed aperitifs and other events bring together people from all walks of life: hotel guests as well as neighbors from the neighborhood.

Small gestures and big commitments

As we all know, the travel and tourism industry generates a very large ecological footprint. Eklo has decided to take the issue head on and has been concerned about it since the construction of its various establishments. We have chosen sites that are well connected to local public transportation systems, construction methods that generate the least amount of pollution, and materials that are sourced and produced as close to home as possible and are optimal for insulation. On a day-to-day basis, we take care to reduce energy consumption, use no plastic, offer local and seasonal products, and provide solutions to reduce your own impact - cigarette butt collection, water savers, etc.
